We are writing to inform that the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has issued a media release and Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs) (as attached) with regards to PRIHATIN Special Grant (GKP) on 30 April 2020.

PRIHATIN Special Grant (GKP) was created by the Government of Malaysia as an initiative to help micro and Small Enterprises (SMEs) in the cash flow of the business following the execution of the Movement Control Order (MCO). A special grant of RM3,000 is provided under the Economic Stimulus Package (ESP) Prihatin Rakyat to micro SMEs and expected to benefit nearly 700,000 micro SMEs throughout the country.

The GKP application system (portal GKP  at ) will be open to the public starting from 9am on 1 May 2020. In this regard, the Hasil Care Line (HCL) 03-8911 1000 or 603-8911 1100 (overseas) will operate as usual on 01 May 2020 and 02 May 2020 from 9.00 am – 4.30 pm to answer any related questions on GKP.
