Trained and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in London, United Kingdom. He has worked in the United Kingdom, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
He has wide ranging experience in audit, tax, insolvency and management consultancy and corporate advisory work including administration, valuations, assessment of damages and litigation support services.
He was an Inspector of Examinations for the Malaysian Accounting and Audit Papers of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is an Academic Consultant cum External Examiner of Southern College, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Tony is a former Board member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board and the Financial Reporting Foundation and a former Council member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Taxation.
He was Malaysia’s representative to the International Accounting Standards Committee from 1996 to 2000 and was a Board member of the International Accounting Standards Committee.
He is a Tax Agent, an Approved Company Auditor and an Approved Liquidator.
