Besides, He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Ho Thiam Poo, Freddie, is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Singapore in public practice and in industries. He has wide ranging experience in audit, tax, management consultancy and corporate advisory work in the manufacturing and petroleum industry. He is an Approved Company Auditor and Approved Tax Agent.

Seah Cheoh Wah, Tony, is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has worked in the United Kingdom, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. He has wide ranging experience in audit, tax, insolvency and management consultancy and corporate advisory work including administration, valuations, assessment of damages and litigation support services. He was an Inspector of Examinations for the Malaysian Accounting and Audit Papers of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is an Academic Consultant cum External Examiner of Southern University College, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Tony is a former Board member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board and the Financial Reporting Foundation and a former Council member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. He was Malaysia’s representative to the International Accounting Standards Committee from 1996 to 2000 and was a Board member of the International Accounting Standards Committee. He is an Approved Company Auditor, Approved Liquidator and Approved Tax Agent.

Fui Liang Tan graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur with a Diploma in Business Management. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She has extensive experience as a corporate secretary in industry and public practice.

Ng Kim Teck graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with an Advanced Diploma in Quality Engineering and Management, and holds a Bachelor Degree in Management from Heriot-Watt University (UK). Besides, he is also a Registered Lead Auditor with the International Register for Certificated Auditor (UK). He worked in commerce and industry before joining the group as a business consultant. He has been providing management consultancy, immigration and licencing advisory services and over the years, he has assisted companies in the business set up in Malaysia. Having worked with clients from various industries and relevant government departments, he knows the clients’ needs and relevant authorities and government departments’ rules and regulations well, and this enables him to provide clients with satisfactory consultancy and advisory services. With his extensive experience in quality system and assurance, he has helped companies in various industries in achieving certification to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 with efficiency and productivity. This experience has been enhanced with the introduction of GST in Malaysia and his knowledge of management system and quality assurance has helped companies to implement GST smoothly. He is a regular speaker on GST in collaboration with business association in Malaysia and Singapore including Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and Johor Bahru Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JBCCCI). He is the director of the management consultancy division responsible for quality assurance advice, reviews and audit and the indirect taxes principal handling all customs and indirect tax consultancy for clients.

Loo Choo Hong is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has wide ranging experience in audit, tax and corporate advisory services especially in financial advisory and wealth planning. His experience also includes corporate governance and risk assessment and he served as an independent director of public listed companies in Malaysia.

Teoh Siew Hoon is a member of The Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. She has extensive experience in tax compliance and advisory work for large corporations, multinationals, individuals and partnerships. She specializes in tax planning for outbound and inbound investments. Siew Hoon has helped to deliver indirect tax planning solutions and solutions to mitigate stamp duty and real property gains taxes, and has undertaken numerous assignments involving start-up operations, licensing and drafting of agreements. She has vast experience in the area of incentives to reduce cost of doing business in Malaysia. She is an Approved Tax Agent.

Chong Chai Choo, Joe, is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and a member of the American Society of Quality. He has worked in industry and public practice as a corporate and management consultant. He has wide ranging experience in audit, tax and management consultancy in varied industries. Joe is a regular speaker at investment and management seminars in Malaysia and Singapore. He specialises in the various licenses and incentives applications and has extensive experience in customs and goods and services tax and indirect tax matters. He also serves as a business and management consultant for hundreds of manufacturing companies. He was a Council member of CIMA Malaysia and a former President of CIMA, Johor Branch, Malaysia. He is an Approved GST Tax Agent.
